For over 21 years Dr Grant R. Pogosyan has been a Professor of Mathematics and Computer Science at the International Christian University in Tokyo, Japan, and served as the Dean of the Graduate School at the same university. As an academic, he has undertaken various published research activities and has led comprehensive academic reforms.
Dr Pogosyan is also the Founding Director of Global Leadership Studies – an intensive training programme for middle management of major Japanese companies. He served as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Japan from May 2012 till February 2021
