Gagik Adibekyan

A graduate of Yerevan State University, faculty of economics. Knight of the Order of St. Constantine the Great. Chairman of the Board of Directors of RD Group – international group of companies.

In 2005, Gagik Adibekyan was named amongst the thirty leaders of the commercial real estate Moscow market according to Forbes.

RD Group, founded in 1994, is an international group of companies dealing in full-cycle development in accordance with standards of the global industry. Key directions of the business of RD Group are investments, construction and management of high-class real estate. The project portfolio of RD Group includes more than 10 A-class properties in the center of Moscow.

One of the key projects of RD Group is the most prestigious and expensive business center – “Romanov dvor”, situated in the Moscow historic center, 500 meters away from the Kremlin wall. Tenants of the business center “Romanov dvor” are well-known companies in the business world: the investment company White&Case, Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, Boeing, East Capital, Raiffeisenbank, Sotheby’s, Sberbank CIB etc.

In cooperation with other developers the following projects were performed: “Shekhtel’s house” (Myasnitskaya str., 24), “Arbat bridge” (Big Afanasievskiy sidestr., 41), the office building Mokhovaya 7, the office complex “Aptekarskiy ogorod”, all of them have a high reputation and are respected by tenants and city brokers. They are distinguished by the architecture of high quality and strict severe style (Architects: Grishin S., Popov O., Skhuratov S., Yavein O.).

Mr. Adibekyan is engaged in a wide range of social activities and is a member of The Global Armenian Congress Government, and President of The Luxembourg Nonprofit Company Government “Nairi, A.S.B.L.”.
