Bio
You will immediately notice from my experiences mentioned therein, that my career has maintained a focus within educational leadership and management. As an experienced and professionally trained IB DP Geography and ESS/ IB MYP teacher, I have my Master’s Degree in Geography, Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.).
I have wide experience of full-time classroom teaching and have been successfully handling a wide range of curriculum including IB Diploma, IB MYP and IGCSE over these years.
I take myself to be an industrious, flexible, adaptable, and collaborative teacher with a zeal of stretching an extra mile to reach out to the students and assist them in achieving proficiency in Humanities/ Geography and ESS. I believe that my academic background, in depth subject knowledge, vast experience, and curriculum development skills could be successfully utilized in this teaching.

What is the favourite part of the course you teach?
I taught many years ago. Teaching gives me the opportunity to refresh, to re-learn. And when you see the eyes of your students light up, you feel a sense of fulfilment. That's what I enjoyed most.

Which teaching method do you prefer and why?
The ideal classroom is a positive place where a student can come to work toward specific goals set before them in the class objectives. The teacher is to be positive, organized, outgoing, confident, and compassionate.

What advice would you give to a student of your subject?
Set high personal and academic standards for yourself, and live up to them.
Honesty is the best policy and last but not least don’t ignore or deny your personal and academic problems.

Who is your role model or mentor or who inspires you?
My History Teacher

What are the three things you can't imagine your life without?
