Bio
Originally from Russia, I completed my higher education in the UK, which was followed by me tutoring various students in mathematics for two years. In addition, I have an experience of working in a mathematics summer camp and organising peer-assisted study sessions for first year university students.

What is the favourite part of the course you teach?
Can’t resist the desire to differentiate and integrate along with students over and over again.

Which teaching method do you prefer and why?
The perfect environment in my classroom is when the students, who have a good understanding of a particular topic, are keen to share this knowledge with the fellow classmates.

What advice would you give to a student of your subject?
Try to find your own style of learning, that will help you to fulfil your potential in mathematics, without running to the extremes of idleness or perfectionism. And, please, don’t hesitate to ask questions!

Who is your role model or mentor or who inspires you?
Jacinda Ardern is inspiring.

What is your life motto?
Ubi dubium, ibi libertas.

What are the three things you can't imagine your life without?
Three dozens of minutes of music a day.

What do you like to do in your spare time?
I snowboard when the season comes and I read.
