Bio
I started my career as a research scientist in the Department of Zoology, University of Delhi. During my teaching career I have worked in various schools in the UK and countries in Africa in different capacities, which included positions of Head of Sciences, IBDP coordinator and Head of Boarding. I presently remain an examiner for IB, Cambridge and EDEXCEL in the subject of biology.

What is the favourite part of the course you teach?
Human physiology, TOK presentations.

Which teaching method do you prefer and why?
Student-led lessons.

What advice would you give to a student of your subject?
To find the relevance of their knowledge to their everyday life and surroundings.

Who is your role model or mentor or who inspires you?
I believe that everyone that I met and meet in my life has something to teach me and they all inspire me in one or another.

What is your life motto?
To be the best I can be as a human being.

What are the three things you can't imagine your life without?
My family, music, nature.

What do you like to do in your spare time?
Travel, listen to music, sleep, do sudoku, read.
