Bio
I am a librarian, Armenian language and TOK teacher at UWCD College. I am an experienced librarian/teacher with a demonstrated history of working in higher education. I am skilled in administration, management, advertising and tourism. I keep learning and developing my professional skills and knowledge.
What is the favourite part of the course you teach?
The thing I like most about teaching is when I see how motivated and excited my students are during the lessons.
Which teaching method do you prefer and why?
I do my best to keep the environment in my classroom healthy, inspiring and funny. For that I use different methods each time. I believe that interactive and inquiry-based learning is the key to gaining knowledge.
What advice would you give to a student of your subject?
Be attentive to details. It's always the small pieces that make the big picture.
Who is your role model or mentor or who inspires you?
My role model is my inner self, created in my mind. I try to reach that ideal idol.
What is your life motto?
Always do your best.
What are the three things you can't imagine your life without?
Family, Luna (my dog) and creativity.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
Learning and developing new skills.
