I'm Hermine Mantashyan. I was born and grow up in small-town where is our beautiful school. My family is very famous in Dilijan as my grandfather and his brother were first habitants in DIlijan. We are living in the street named by our family name (Mantashyan's street). I was born in 1989, all my childhood I lived in Dilijan, I graduated Dilijan state college faculty of tourism and hospitality then I went to University faculty of Psychology and Pedagogy. Worked in Tufenkian hospitality as a front desk manager for 5 years. In 2014 I started work in UWC Dilijan as a Senior receptionist then Booking administrator and Assistant of house parent. Now I work in the HR department as an HR assistant and Day House Parent. I got married one year ago and have a child.

What is the most satisfying part of your job?
Working in the community from different countries and background

Who is your role model or mentor or who inspires you?
As a woman my role model is Coco Chanel, in a professional side, I read books about human psychology which is inspiring me.

What is your life motto?
Work hard and learn something new everyday

What are the three things you can't imagine your life without?
I can't imagine my life without my family, my work and books

What do you like to do in your spare time?
All my time I spend with my newborn child, in my spare time I organize new adventure for him.
