I joined UWC Dilijan in 2015 as human resources manager and became its chief operations officer in January 2021. I hold a BS in sociology. I have over 12 years of experience in human resources and quality management. Previously I held various positions in the wine and brandy industry, managing HR-related functions and was involved in the implementation of quality management systems. I am married and have two daughters.
